Shipping Methods

 Shipping times are subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays. Your order's shipment date is dependent on the item with the longest lead time. If your items have different lead items, place multiple orders to receive some items faster.

Every item we send comes in our .925 tribe packaging, within an elegant presentation box ready for gifting.

Can I track my order?

Yes. On the day of shipment from our facility, we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step. You may also access shipping information by viewing your 

How is my order packaged?

For standard orders within the U.S., we ship using secure, non-descript packaging material. Inside, you'll see .925 Tribe branded packaging 

Do you collect sales tax when shipping to my state? What are the duties and taxes?

We currently collect sales tax for orders shipped in the United States.

We are only serving the continental United States at this time.


Returns are Free

Our commitment to you does not end at the purchase. We offer the following services to make your return experience as pleasant as possible:

30-day returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped.

Free Shipping 

You will receive a free shipping label sent to your email.

Insured and Secure

Our free return label provides insurance and coverage of your item during the return shipping process.

 Return Policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility.  We will send you a fully insured, free shipping label via email within one business day of your return request.

NOTE:  Two complimentary returns are allowed per customer per year.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.  Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of your order.
